Rob Feder is an experienced, Colorado-licensed real estate attorney who helps clients close complex real estate transactions and solve real property issues.

Rob has more than three decades’ experience successfully addressing and solving the complex contract, title, appraisal, land use and other issues that can be encountered between initial negotiations and closing.

His completed projects are as diverse as shopping center acquisitions, the sensitive residential development of historic ranch properties where conservation of key landscapes is an important project component, and the assemblage of public trail corridors requiring parcels owned by his clients.  Rob works cooperatively and creatively with his clients, and with appraisers, land planners and land use officials, surveyors, title companies, attorneys and other real estate professionals, to help his clients achieve their objectives.

Where clients’ properties have been identified as important for conservation, or for park or trail-way creation or expansion, Rob has a proven track-record navigating government land acquisition processes, working effectively and successfully with public agency staff, citizen commissions and other stakeholders, managing critical appraisal efforts, helping to identify and bring together diverse purchase funding sources, and shepherding these often complex projects to successful conclusions.
